Independent Institute Research Fellow Jonathan Bean hailed the Supreme Court's recent decision in the New Haven, Conn., firefighters case, Ricci v. DeStefano, as a victory for justice.
Along with 17 other New Haven firefighters, Frank Ricci, a white 11-year veteran of the New Haven Fire Department, had sued the city for tossing out the results of a written examination it had required for firefighters who sought promotion to management. Ricci, who is dyslexic, had managed to pass the test after extensive study involving audiotapes of a textbook he paid an acquaintance to record. City officials had defended their decision on the grounds that the test exposed the city to lawsuits because the pass rate was significantly lower for African-American firefighters than it was for white and Hispanic firefighters. In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court held that the city's decision to ignore the test results violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
"The case highlights all that is wrong with 'affirmative action as we know it': employers practice defensive racial preferences, not because they believe it serves the public good, but because they believe it will ward off lawsuits," writes Bean, editor of Race and Liberty in America, in an op-ed for the Providence Journal. "The Ricci decision offers hope to those who seek justice in the courtroom and in the workplace. Let us hope that the court, and the American people, go even further and rediscover the classical liberal notion that 'our Constitution is color blind'--the philosophy that drove the NAACP to win one case after another in the 1950s and 1960s."

Although, granted, in the collective sense of klal Yisrael, we can consider the FOUR MOTHERS the mothers of the Twelve Tribes of Israel.

Joseph isn't Jewish! Joseph is the son of Rachel, the forefather of the Anglo-Saxon-Celtic peoples. Leah is the mother of the Jewish people, although Rachel is also the mother of Benjamin (Joseph's beloved brother) and some from the tribe of Benjamin went with Judah when the northern Ten Tribes went apostate and suffered defeat and deportation by the Assyrians (as Judah later fell to the Babylonians, failing to learn from history).
Christian Zionists (like Orde Wingate) recognize that God has blessed our Jewish brethren to serve as His custodians of the Promised Land of Israel, to be the first to return to Zion, to clear the way as pioneers and hold the land in trust for all Twelve Tribes of Israel, and so many of them do (even though hampered by Hellenists and persecuted by UNJews).
Today Israel is the Jewish homeland and our British Israelite nations should encourage our Jewish brethren to refuse to surrender an inch to our sworn enemies, to liberate those biblical territories still suffering under Arab occupation, and tend to the Holy Land of Israel with tender loving care, especially the Temple Mount.

WHEN, in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another, and to assume, among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's GOD entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the Causes which impel them to the Separation.

IN every Stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury. A Prince, whose Character is thus marked by every Act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People.
NOR have we been wanting in Attentions to our British Brethren. We have warned them, from Time to Time, of Attempts by their Legislature to extend an unwarrantable Jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the Circumstances of our Emigration and Settlement here. We have appealed to their native Justice and Magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the Ties of our common Kindred to disavow these Usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our Connexions and Correspondence. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the Rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

HE has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing Importance, unless suspended in their Operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

Blacks don't want equality
Group says blacks will fight if city certifies exams
Irresponsible, dishonest Blacks (unlike Black conservatives) continue to clamor for "equality" until such equality proves disadvantageous to them. When racist black groups like the NAACP play the race card, everybody loses.

No Reparations!

More power to black conservatives like Mychal Massie for calling a spade a spade, for speaking the plain truth, and let it ring loud and clear!
Such brave souls not only have to contend with patronizing liberals, often self-hating people of white color, but with hostile members of their own black community who prefer to play victim and shake down "white guilt" and shirk responsibility.
Let this be a stipulation: those who demand reparations must be informed we offer repatriation and see how fast they learn to count their blessings.
